Filed under: Definition, Risks, Side effects — Virginia @ 7:38 am

While laser hair removal is an excellent technique for removing hair, research continues to enhance the procedure. Even though permanent hair removal is the goal of therapy, a select few patients will experience hair regrowth that is usually finer and lighter in color. In addition, long-lasting laser hair removal usually requires multiple treatments, which can be more costly in the long term. Possible side effects or risks are uncommon, however some risk do occur. These includes damage to the surrounding hardy tissue in the form of scars, burns, redness and swelling.
